A complete intelligence layer for food waste management — from real-time capture to boardroom-ready reports.
Connect via USB or Bluetooth to supported smart weighing scales. Capture live weight data automatically without manual entry.
Automatically classify waste by item type, meal period, and waste category — preparation, spoilage, overproduction, or plate waste.
Daily, weekly, and period-based reports with visual trends. Drill down by client, site, or location to pinpoint problem areas.
Data captured offline syncs automatically when connectivity is restored. No gaps in your waste record, ever.
One-click audit-ready PDF reports for compliance submissions, sustainability audits, and internal stakeholder reviews.
Device-based secure login with role management. Separate environments for mock testing and live production use.
From kitchen to insight in four simple steps
Pair your smart weighing device with SinghDataPro via USB or Bluetooth. Calibration takes under 2 minutes.
Staff select the food item and category. The scale auto-captures weight and records the entry instantly.

Provisioning, securing, and operating company-owned Android devices for last-mile delivery agents at scale using the Android Management API.
SinghDataPro operates a smart logistics platform focused on last-mile food delivery and waste reduction. Delivery agents use company-owned Android devices to receive tasks, navigate routes, confirm deliveries, and communicate with operations. Ensuring these devices are secure, controlled, and always operational is critical to fleet efficiency and data integrity.
To achieve this, SinghDataPro integrates the Android Management API (AMAPI) via Android Enterprise, enabling zero-touch-compatible QR enrollment, kiosk-mode lockdown, silent app management, and remote device control — all governed by a centralized policy engine.
Devices are provisioned as fully managed Android Enterprise devices via QR code enrollment. During setup, the Android Management API registers the device, applies the initial policy bundle, and installs the SinghDataPro delivery app silently — all without agent intervention.
The QR payload contains the enterprise enrollment token, Wi-Fi credentials, and a pointer to the initial policy. Once enrolled, devices are immediately locked into the SinghDataPro delivery app kiosk.
All delivery agent devices run in dedicated device (kiosk) mode, restricting access to a single approved application. System UI, settings access, and non-essential features are suppressed to prevent misuse, distraction, and data leakage.
| Policy Control | Setting | Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| Kiosk mode | Enabled | Single app; no home screen or launcher access |
| System settings access | Blocked | Prevents tampering with network, location, or sound |
| USB data transfer | Disabled | Prevents sideloading or data exfiltration |
| Screen lock PIN | Enforced | Minimum 6-digit PIN, complexity policy applied |
| Unknown sources | Blocked | Only managed Google Play installs permitted |
| Factory reset protection | Enabled | Prevents bypass via factory reset on stolen devices |
| Safe boot | Disabled | Blocks policy bypass via safe boot mode |
| Location services | Always on | Required for real-time delivery tracking |
The SinghDataPro delivery application is published on Managed Google Play as a private app, accessible only to enrolled enterprise devices. AMAPI handles installation and updates silently — no agent action required.
App pushed automatically on enrollment via AMAPI managed config; no user prompt or Play Store interaction needed.
Force-update policy ensures all fleet devices run the same app version; updates deployed off-hours to minimise disruption.
App-level configs (server URL, agent ID, region) pushed remotely via AMAPI managed configs without app reinstall.
All apps not explicitly allowed are blocked. Only the SinghDataPro app and required system components are whitelisted.
In the event of device loss, theft, or agent misuse, SinghDataPro's operations team can trigger remote actions via AMAPI directly from the admin console. Response is immediate and does not require the device to be online — actions are queued and executed on next connectivity.
Immediately locks the device with a new PIN; agent is locked out without data loss.
Full factory reset triggered remotely; all corporate data erased on next connection.
Delivery app disabled remotely; device rendered non-functional for operations.
Updated security policies deployed to all or select devices in real time.
Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is enforced on all devices — even a hard factory reset will require corporate Google account authentication to set up, rendering stolen devices unusable to bad actors.
SinghDataPro's backend is built around Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for real-time push to delivery agent devices, and the Android Management API for device lifecycle and policy management. This separation keeps operational traffic distinct from management traffic.
AMAPI calls are low-frequency and event-driven — aligned with Android Enterprise best practices. Bulk operations (e.g. policy rollouts) are batched and rate-limited to avoid API quota exhaustion as the fleet scales to 2,000+ devices.
The architecture is designed for linear horizontal scaling. AMAPI enterprise bindings support thousands of enrolled devices per enterprise; SinghDataPro's backend abstracts device groupings by city, hub, or agent tier for targeted policy management.
Single enterprise binding. Manual QR enrollment. Single policy group. AMAPI monitoring with alert thresholds.
Policy groups segmented by city/hub. Automated QR batch generation. Dedicated operations console for fleet managers. Compliance dashboards live.
Zero-touch enrollment (ZTE) for bulk provisioning. API quota management middleware. Granular policy inheritance. Full audit trail and compliance reporting.
QR enrollment and silent app install means devices are field-ready in minutes, not hours.
Kiosk mode + PIN + FRP + remote wipe covers the full spectrum of loss and misuse scenarios.
AMAPI + managed Google Play supports 2,000+ devices without architectural changes.
FCM for real-time ops keeps AMAPI calls minimal and quota-compliant as fleet grows.
